Welcome to a journey of healing and health! I’m Anne a dedicated and compassionate holistic bodyworker and student RMT committed to helping you achieve optimal wellness and balance in mind, body, and spirit. I am currently a student who is enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program in Vancouver. I am in my last year of the program and have learned the majority of advanced techniques of therapeutic massage. My mission is to facilitate healing by addressing the root causes of discomfort, stress, and tension. I believe in the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Through my sessions, I aim to create a sacred space where you can unwind, release, and tap into your body’s innate ability to heal. Whether you seek relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, or simply a moment of deep relaxation, each session is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. My techniques include Myofascial release to release the fascial adhesions and tension, Swedish massage techniques for relaxation and rejuvenation, neuromuscular techniques to reduce tension and soreness in muscles, assisted stretching to rehabilitate muscles and enhance performance, and mindful relaxation to experience deep conscious relaxation. With each client, I will perform a thorough assessment, evaluate each physical condition, identify potential issues, and create a personalized treatment and homecare plan.
